ck44 Terms and Conditions

The following terms are used in these Terms and Conditions with the meanings explained below. "ck44" or "Platform" refers to ck44's website and related services. "Member" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on this platform. "Services" refers to all online betting, casino gaming and related digital services provided by ck44.

"Account" refers to a member's personal registered profile on the platform, and "Transaction" refers to any financial activity carried out through deposits, withdrawals or bets.

1.1 Binding Agreement

This document forms a legally binding agreement between ck44 and the member. By accessing the platform or creating an account, the member is considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree after reading and understanding these terms, you are advised to refrain from using the services.

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on ck44, a member must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (the service is available to those aged 21 and above).
• Must have an active mobile number registered in their own name.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and current.
• Only one account per person may be operated on the platform.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

If false or incorrect information is provided at registration, ck44 reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time. Any outstanding balance may be forfeited in such cases. Members must update their account immediately if their details change.

2.3 One Person, One Account Policy

It is strictly prohibited for the same person or multiple people from the same household to operate more than one account. If evidence is found of multiple accounts being operated from the same IP address, the same device or the same payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.

ck44 takes a firm stance on protecting against the participation of minors. At any time after account registration, ck44 may request verification of a member's age and identity. This process may require submission of a copy of a National ID card, passport or birth registration certificate.

ck44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend transactions or withdrawals until verification is complete. Any account belonging to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and no deposited funds will be returned.

4.1 Confidentiality of Login Credentials

An account's username and password are strictly personal. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. Keeping your account secure is the member's own responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify ck44's support team immediately.

4.2 Personal Use of Account

Each account is for the personal use of the registered member only. Operating an account on behalf of someone else or in the interest of a third party will be treated as a violation of these terms.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In this situation, ck44 may contact the member to reactivate the account. Any balance remaining in the account will be kept as the member's own funds.

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ck44 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). Only payment methods registered in the member's own name may be used.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Members must use the same payment method for withdrawal that was used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer).

5.3 Transaction Verification

ck44 may request proof of identity for any transaction. Members are required to provide the necessary information to prevent money laundering and fraud. ck44 has the right to hold transactions or investigate accounts if the required information is not provided.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

ck44's welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (meaning bets totalling ৳30,000 must be completed on a ৳1,500 bonus before withdrawal).

6.2 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Bonuses may only be used for betting activity on your own account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specific wagering requirement for each offer has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless ck44 explicitly permits it.
• Creating unusual betting patterns to gain bonus advantages may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• ck44 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6.3 Other Promotional Offers

ck44 provides various offers including weekly reload bonuses, slots festival bonuses, cricket season rewards, birthday special rewards and refer-a-friend rewards. Each of these offers has its own wagering requirements and time limits, which are announced at the time the offer is made.

7.1 Bet Placement Policy

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If unusual odds are displayed due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned. ck44 is not obliged to pay out any bet won on the basis of clearly incorrect odds.

7.2 Sports Betting

Results in sports betting are determined based on official announcements from the relevant sports authority (such as BPL, IPL, ICC). If a match is postponed or cancelled, settlement of the related bet will follow the applicable rules, which may differ depending on the sport and tournament.

7.3 Casino Gaming

The RTP (Return to Player) rate of casino games varies by game. Live casino games are played with real dealers and all game results are determined through a random number generator or live deal. ck44 does not interfere with game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck44 platform:

1. Conducting fraudulent or deceptive transactions.
2. Using multiple accounts to improperly collect bonus benefits.
3. Operating games or betting through automated software, bots or scripts.
4. Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
5. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
6. Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
7. Behaving in a disrespectful or threatening manner towards ck44 staff.

If evidence of any of the above conduct is found, ck44 will close the account immediately and reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

9.1 Closure by ck44

In the event of a breach of these terms, ck44 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice. Depending on the nature and severity of the breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited or returned. Members may raise an objection regarding the decision through the support channel.

9.2 Closure by Member

A member may close their account at any time by contacting ck44's support team. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before closure; however, any bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement will be cancelled.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

A member may apply for self-exclusion for a specified period, during which the account cannot be accessed. For more details on this, please visit our Responsible Gaming section.

ck44 strives to provide uninterrupted service; however, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, internet connectivity issues or other reasons. ck44's liability for any loss suffered by a member in such circumstances is limited.

ck44 is not directly responsible for technical issues arising in the software of third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.). Such issues will be resolved in accordance with the relevant provider's policies.

10.1 In the Event of Technical Disruption

If a technical error occurs during the processing of a game or bet, ck44 will attempt to resolve the situation as fairly as possible based on log data. Funds lost due to a confirmed technical error are generally returned, but each incident is assessed individually.

All content on the ck44 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software code and other elements — is the intellectual property of ck44. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

Members are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal use. This licence will be revoked in the event of any violation.
